Gavin Ball is a small business entrepreneur; buying, starting and operating businesses through his Vorian Investment Group.  Aged 39, Gavin has spent the last 16 years investing and managing a variety of businesses in many different and varied markets.

Currently the businesses in the group include; Pretzos Retail an exciting retailer with 13 stores and a future national expansion planned for 2009; Star3 Media a web, design and marketing business servicing many outstanding clients; Magicorp, which is better known as Onhold Magic, an audio producer and message and music onhold provider and Omnius (incorporating SEO Advisers) a company operating in the specialist world of search engine optimisation, digital marketing and online media.

During his business life, Gavin has started or being involved in the start-up of numerous businesses, including; Professionals Property Plus Real Estate a large high profile residential real estate business operating two offices in the South Eastern suburbs of Perth; Millennium Solutions a Y2K consulting company; Mortgage & Finance; Rightpeople online testing; Sonic Telecom (merged into Allphones) and the Allphones Group.

During his time with Allphones, Gavin helped manage and build the company to a national footprint of 110 stores.  Today Allphones has well over 150 stores and is a major retailer in Australia. 

Having been actively involved in the management and growth of every company started or purchased, Gavin has a wealth of hands on experience in the start-up, development and growth of businesses and supports the team of people involved in the group today.

Gavin Ball is married to Denise and has one son Kaelis.
