Conditions of Entry

1. The Rising Stars Awards are open to private, Western Australian companies that meet the eligibility criteria stipulated in the entry form.

 
2. All entries need to be typed, accompanied with a recent team photo and emailed to events@wabusinessnews.com.au.

3. Judges decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into.

4. Completed entry forms will be treated in confidence and will not be circulated outside of judges, sponsors and selected employees of WA Business News.

5. All entries need to be received by WA Business News by 5.00pm on Monday 14th April, 2008.

6. WA Business News reserves the right to publish entrants’ photos and only biographical details.

7. WA Business News reserves the right to vet and substantiate information contained in entry forms.

8. No responsibility can be accepted for lost or misplaced entries and incomplete entries will be disregarded.

9. Submission of an entry form indicates acceptance of the Conditions of Entry. Failure to comply may result in disqualification
